For projects that include in-home usage testing (IHUT) or other physical product components, any products are shipped directly by the project sponsor or manufacturer, not by Hivemind Zone, Inc.

Shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery details are determined by the project sponsor. Hivemind Zone, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or product fulfillment.

All other products and services offered by Hivemind Zone, Inc. are digital and delivered electronically.
