Complete Your Payment
To ensure accurate fulfillment and access, a valid Order Number or Project Number is required to complete payment.
Payments submitted without a valid order or project reference will not be processed.
Why we require this
Order and project numbers allow us to:
- Confirm the source of your invitation
- Ensure you are placed in the correct project or community
- Match your payment to the appropriate product, access, or in-home usage test (IHUT)
This step helps prevent errors, delays, and incorrect fulfillment.
What happens after payment
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If your project includes an IHUT, you will receive follow-up communication regarding shipping timelines, which are coordinated by the project sponsor
- If your purchase includes community or digital access, you will receive instructions on how and when access will be granted
Please note that fulfillment timelines vary by project and sponsor.
