Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final once access has been granted or a project has been completed.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase only if:

• Access has not been granted and
   
• No project participation or deliverables have occurred
   

All refund requests are subject to manual review. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
