This means that we will be there for you every step of the way during our research process. If that means troubleshooting survey issues you’re experiencing or helping you locate your incentive, we want to help!
We pride ourselves in finding participants for our studies where they actually live. We do not recruit professional survey takers or focus group participants. We recruit real people who want their voices to be heard. As a result, we have a rigorous qualification process that usually consists of an online screener, verification item submission, and a follow-up phone call to recap everything about the study.
